Luz is very hands on with helping clients. She was always available to show us homes, and we looked three weekends in a row until we finally put on offer on a home. She was helpful in helping us put an offer in as well as any negotiations on the inspection repairs. She was available for us at all hours and was very helpful along the way. Very grateful for Luz. Luz was great! She explained things and was very thorough. My house went fast and she did an open house right away because she said it helps to do that to get as many buyers as you can within the first 30 days. She didn’t bully me to do anything I wasn’t willing to do, just gave me information and guidance. It took me much longer to list than I expected and she wasn’t pushy with me but she would check in randomly and was very friendly.
