Luz was great! She explained things and was very thorough. My house went fast and she did an open house right away because she said it helps to do that to get as many buyers as you can within the first 30 days. She didn’t bully me to do anything I wasn’t willing to do, just gave me information and guidance. It took me much longer to list than I expected and she wasn’t pushy with me but she would check in randomly and was very friendly. I used her because I knew her and I wanted to use someone I could trust. If you are looking for someone who cares and who will work for you, you won’t regret working with Luz.
